Bikes grow 77% in 6 yrs in Mum, number 20L now

The city has become even more congested with vehicles than before. While the number of twowheelers has crossed the 20 lakh mark, the number of daily registrations of all types of vehicles has crossed 800, to reach a record high of 821. The figures, for 2017-18, have been released by the state transport department.
