Mum: HC refuses challenge to BDD chawl bid winner

The Bombay high court on Monday refused to entertain a petition that challenged the selection of a Capacit'e Infraprojects-led consortium as the winning bidder for a Rs11,000crore BDD chawl redevelopment project at a prime location in Worli.
