Former Ranbaxy Laboratories promoter and founder of Fortis Healthcare, Shivinder Singh, has dragged his elder brother Malvinder and Religare Enterprises’ former CEO and MD Sunil Godhwani to court for “oppression and mismanagement’’ of family businesses.
