HC extends relief to Asthana, slams CBI delay

"Has the institution come to a standstill? It appears the CBI is not interested in filing a reply in the case," Justice Najmi Waziri said, questioning the agency for refusing to spell out its stand on the petitions of Asthana and the agency's arrested DSP, Devender Kumar.
