Historic verdicts during CJI Misra's tenure

History will credit CJI Dipak Misra for passing a series of judgements, including decriminalising homosexuality, allowing women to enter Sabarimala temple and decriminalising adultery to protect women’s dignity, their right to equality and freedom of choice.
