After blue dogs, there's a white river in Taloja

A swim in the Kasadi river was turning stray dogs blue last year, with reports blaming the chemicals pumped into the waters. Now, the river that flows adjacent to the Taloja industrial corridor is changing colours, having turned white with foam covering its surface.
