Bars, pubs allowed to stay open till 5am on Jan 1

The Maharashtra government has issued a notification relaxing the closing timings for bars and other places serving liquor on new year's eve. As per the notification, foreign liquor retail shops, beer shops and wine shops will remain open till 1am only as per existing rules.
