Conman flees with Rs 11L worth diamonds, held

A 35-year-old conman from Surat in Gujarat has been arrested for fleeing with diamonds worth Rs11.5 lakh by posing as the owner of a jewellery shop in the shopping arcade of a five-star hotel in South Mumbai.
