Refusing to mention a flat owner’s name on the building’s display board to get back at him for making complaints of fraud against it, has cost a Kandivli housing society heavy. NG Suncity Phase 2 Co-operative Housing Society Ltd will have to pay Rs 55,000 compensation for the mental agony and stress it caused Anil Kumar Jalani.
