CBI vs Mamata: SC to hear CBI's plea on Tuesday

Hearing a CBI petition alleging seeking directions to Kolkata police commissioner Rajeev Kumar to cooperate with the investigation in Saradha chit fund case, the Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi has deferred the hearing till Tuesday.
