11 held after residents, cops argue over parking at Elphinstone Road

Eleven shopkeepers and residents were arrested after an argument over parking with traffic policemen at Elphinstone Road on Wednesday. Their relatives protested against the Dadar police action, calling it ‘dadagiri’.
