Mum: Ex-govt clerk dupes blind man of Rs 2.5L

A former employee of the state secretariat, Mantralaya, has been arrested for allegedly cheating a shopkeeper of Rs 2.5 lakh, by promising to help his visually challenged son get a job in the corridors of power.
