No poll duty for unaided pvt school staff: HC

Offering relief to the staff of unaided private schools, the Bombay high court on Wednesday ordered that teaching and non-teaching staff of these schools cannot be called for election duty since they are not covered under Section 159 of the Representation of People Act.
