Man attacked on Vasai bridge with ice-cutter

An unidentified man attacked a restaurateur, Sameer Merchant (45), on the abdomen and hand with a chisel used to cut ice blocks.The attack took place on the railway bridge in Vasai around 4 pm on Tuesday.
