Rape of Virar minor: One of two men held

A fortnight after a 15-year-old girl was raped by two men at a secluded spot in Virar, one of the two men was arrested on Thursday. On April 15, the class 9 student and her 16-year-old male friend were walking down a desolate street in Virar.
