Restart talks, Imran in letter to PM Modi

The letter from Khan was apparently in response to Modi's message to him on March 23 Pakistan National Day in which the Indian PM, while extending greetings to the people of Pakistan, had said it was time for the people of the subcontinent to work for a progressive, democratic and prosperous region in "an atmosphere free of terror and violence".
