BEST bus fare cut: Decision at meeting today

Days after the BEST proposed a drop in bus fares, it has convened a meeting of its committee to decide on fares. The BEST needs an annual funding of Rs 600 crore from the BMC, for which it has to implement some reforms like rationalisating fares and wet lease of new buses.
