Nigerian arrested for Rs 32 lakh fraud

A Nigerian national, who is part of a larger gang, was arrested by Bandra police on Saturday for duping an Ahmednagar resident of Rs 32 lakh with the promise of a parcel containing USD 250,000 (approx Rs1.7 crore) and a chemical to convert plain papers into US Dollars.
