Bail hearing in Tadvi case adjourned

In a first videographed bail hearing in Bombay high court under SC/ST Act before a bench of Justice Dama Naidu, counsel for three Nair hospital doctors in custody for over two months in a case of suicide abetment of Dr Payal Tadvi sought an adjournment by a week after pointing out that the majority of the 1,800 page chargesheet was in Marathi.
