Promise of cheaper US$: Gang dupes 2 of Rs 5.3L

A gang was busted by the Meghwadi police recently for promising people US dollars at a cheaper exchange rate and duping them. The three accused, Mustafa Vyapari (28), Sohail Khan (28) and Bhanu Shaikh (50), cheated two men of Rs 5.3 lakh. The victims, Itesham Hyder (43), a snack shop owner, and his friend Irshad, a tailor, filed a police complaint.
