J&K live: Cabinet meet ends; Shah to make statement in Parliament

Section 144 of the CrPC has been in effect in Srinagar district from Sunday midnight. With curfews and restrictions being imposed in several parts of J&K, the Valley remains on edge. Home minister Amit Shah is scheduled to address Parliament on J&K today.
