Mum: Road parking curbs begin, 28 vehicles fined

The no-parking rule on designated stretches of five arterial roads in the city kicked in on Friday and evoked mixed results. The BMC successfully cracked down at places by booking as many as 28 vehicles, but at others it struggled as most of the parked cars belonged to local residents who said they did not have space in their buildings.
