No bail for drunk who drove away with Mumbai cop

A sessions court rejected the bail plea of Rajkumar Singh (34), who with two others, is accused of driving away with a traffic police constable while in an inebriated state. The court said Singh, a history-sheeter, might flee if released on bail.
