20-30kmph speed limit JJ flyover irks motorists

Motorists are venting against the low speed limit on JJ flyover — 20kmph at one sharp curve and 30 kmph at five other locations — that forces cars to crawl, and any slip-up can earn speeding e-challans with a hefty penalty of Rs 1,000. More than 53,000 challans have been issued this year alone.
