Bihar rains live: Toll rises to 17, Patna flooded

The death toll due to heavy rains and flood-like situation in many Bihar districts, including state capital Patna, rose to 17 on Sunday after 3 deaths were reported in a wall collapse incident in Bhagalpur. The heavy rain on Saturday and subsequent waterlogging has thrown normal life out of gear in several parts of the state with disruption of rail, air, road traffic at a few places.
