'Pandal-hopping' python rescued from Bandra

A snake was found slithering amid a tuft of ropes in a compound where a community Ganesh pandal was being set up at Kherwadi in Bandra (east) last week. A few kids who were playing around the venue on Thursday morning first spotted "the rope" slithering around only to realise later that it was a python. And then, panic and excitement broke out at the place.
