Saradha scam: CBI to question ex-Kolkata top cop

CBI has served a notice to former Kolkata Police commissioner Rajeev Kumar to appear for questioning tomorrow in the Saradha chit fund case. Earlier in the day, the Calcutta HC vacated its order granting protection from arrest to Kumar in connection with the scam. Kumar was part of a SIT set up by the state govt to investigate the scam before the SC handed over the case to the CBI.
