Vadra's custodial interrogation required: ED to HC

The ED told the Delhi HC that Robert Vadra's custodial interrogation was needed as "money chain" was allegedly directly linked to him. While ED said that Vadra was not cooperating with the investigation, Vadra's lawyer denied ED's claims, adding that his client has cooperated in the investigation by appearing before the agency whenever he was summoned.
