96% of inspected Mum roads in bad shape: Panel

Validating the claims of motorists that city roads are in a poor condition, a recent vigilance report has shown that 96% of the roads inspected by the inquiry panel and well within their defect liability period (DLP) are in a bad shape. In other words, these roads will be ruined even before the expiry of the contractors' guarantee period.
