Bombay HC clears decks for BMC cancer hospital

The Bombay high court on Thursday cleared the decks for BMC to set up its own cancer hospital by refusing to allow a private entity to hold on to a civic hospital premises in Dahisar (West) which it has occupied for over a decade.
