Monsoon is over in Mumbai, officially

The monsoon withdrew from Mumbai on Monday, about a fortnight later than normal. The weather bureau has said that the rainy season is over in about half of Maharashtra, and the monsoon will recede from the remaining parts of the state in the next 48 hours.
