Mumbai: NCP threatens to throw BKC link open

Newly elected legislator and NCP city unit chief Nawab Malik on Friday said the NCP would declare the 1.6 km BKC-Chunabhatti flyover open on Sunday.He said the NCP had decided to take the step as the MMRDA had failed to open the flyover to the public in its wait for a VIP inauguration.
