PM Modi will skip NAM meet 2nd time in row

Vice-President Venkaiah Nadu will represent India at the 18th Non- Aligned Movement summit. The summit will be held on October 25 and26 in Azerbaijan's Baku. This is the second time in a row that PM Modi is going to miss the summit.
