Rain alert for Mumbai, Goa before Diwali

Mumbai/ Mumbai may witness a wet Diwali as the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday issued a 'yellow alert' forecasting heavy rains at isolated places in the city on the weekend of October 26-27.
