'Some on social media trying to malign judiciary'

While referring to the Justice Patnaik committee which was set up to examine allegations on fixing of benches in SC, Justice Arun Mishra said, "Can the CJI be compelled to reconstitute the bench? Is it not about maligning the institution? Some people in media are ganging up. I am not saying who is responsible. That issue is also before Justice AK Patnaik."
