BCCI mulling nine-team IPL instead of 10 for now

The BCCI doesn't have a window to host 90-plus matches at the moment. But a nine-team IPL will bring the number of matches down to 76, for which the existing window can be stretched. A final call is expected to be taken during the AGM on December 1.
