BMC for NEER to help shut Deonar landfill

The BMC has proposed to appoint National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI) as consultant on how to manage waste at the Deonar garbage dump. The proposal will be tabled at the civic standing committee meeting on Wednesday.
