Courts clogged with booze ban cases: Patna HC

The Patna HC pulled up the Bihar government for leaving an already burdened judiciary saddled with more than 2 lakh prohibition-related cases. The court wanted the state government to file a reply with details of infrastructure and mechanism it plans to develop to deal with the growing number of such cases.
