Mum: MNS secy held after clash with BMC staff

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) secretary and former corporator Sandeep Deshpande was arrested along with three other MNS activists for allegedly picking up a fight with BMC officials and preventing them from removing MNS hoardings put up at Shivaji Park for Diwali on Friday afternoon.
