Mumbai: E-cigarette ban goes up in smoke

Despite a national ban on e-cigarettes since September, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), cannot act against violators. It appears that the state drug regulator has not been named as an implementing agency and power to take any punitive action rests only with the police.
