Govt courts 25 large cos to boost investment

The government has begun consultations with the country’s top 25 corporate houses and lenders to assess their investment plan and also try and resolve expansion issues. Officials said in several cases investments are stuck due to delays in clearances. Govt is of the view that just declogging some of the investments could result in a significant flow of funds.
