Man sends obscene pics to south Mumbai woman

A 31-year-old man from Madhya Pradesh was arrested on Saturday for sending obscene pictures to a woman. Shamlal Babulal Chouhan alias Bachda, from Mandsaur district of MP, was booked for outraging the modesty of a woman.
