MMRDA contractor booked for trimming trees

The Thane police have registered a non-cognizable case against the MMRDA contractor for allegedly trimming seven trees for the Metro IV project on Thursday without possessing any valid permission. The trees were standing tall at Teen Haath Naka and were in the way of the Metro IV route towards Kasarwadavli.
