Mumbai: 4 Sena men held for tonsuring VHP worker

Acting on a first information report (FIR) registered against Shiv Sena workers for tonsuring a VHP worker who wrote a derogatory post against chief minister Uddhav Thackeray, the Wadala TT police on Thursday arrested four persons for their alleged involvement in beating up Hiramani Tiwari and shaving his head.
