Post March, WR to run 70 more 15-car services

Western Railway plans to add 70 more 15-car services on its suburban network after March, when the Rs 70-crore platform extension project between Andheri and Virar stations will be completed to accommodate longer trains. The work of extending the length of 31 platforms on 14 stations was to be completed by December, but got delayed due to the prolonged monsoon.
