'Rules flouted while approving work on memorial'

Two months after Congress and NCP alleged irregularities in the Rs2,692 crore Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Memorial project, an inspection report submitted to Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) has confirmed there was violation of rules while approving the project.
