BEST, Tata seek power tariff hike for home users

BEST seeks a 5-7% tariff hike for residential consumers in the island city from April 1, while Adani Electricity sought to cut charges by 1-4% in the suburbs in their five-year proposals to the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) on Friday.
