Black sea view greets Cuffe Parade residents

Residents living in the plush high-rise buildings of Cuffe Parade are once again waking up to a view of a blackened sea and a foul stench. While the problem has been persisting since the past fortnight, on Sunday, residents complained the black discharge had increased.
