Blasts convict 'Dr Bomb' sent to Arthur Rd jail

Dr Jalees Ansari, a convict in the Rajasthan serial bomb blasts, who jumped parole last week and was subsequently detained by the UP police, has been brought to the city and shifted to Arthur Road jail.
