Court reprieve for Ukrainian in Mumbai since 2013

A Ukrainian national, Nataliya Yesauenko (34), approached the Bombay high court to challenge 'repeated' short-term visas issued to her and argued that she was eligible for a long-term five-year visa as she has been in India since seven years.
